Once upon a time, we all worked for big companies - whatever help we needed was available in-house. There were many different departments ~ IT, Marketing, Finance...lots of people working to support the day to day tasks.

Today, that's all changed. When you are a solo entrepreneur or small business owner, it's up to you to keep it all running smoothly. Frustrating and time-consuming tasks can keep you from the work you would rather be doing, the reason you started your business. ​
